I am trying to get back into my account which Xbox has locked me out of. The account in question is CBFRoremc
This all started last year when my console started asking me if the email address I used when I first setup the account was still one I used. For a few weeks I ignored the message but after awhile I decided to change it to my current email address. No problems at all. It said it would take 30 days for the change to occur. Still no problems. I kept using my XBL account without issue.
Just before Christmas i got a message stating that I would have to verify my account. Here is where things went downhill. It was asking for proofs on my account and need my password. I entered it and it said the password did not match the account and that I had to go online to fix it. I went online and it said that my new email address did not match the one with the account. I did not understand how this would be the case since you guys asked me to update to a more current email address months earlier!?!?!
Long story short I spoke to Brandi in customer service. After an hour and half on the phone to her I had to go. During the process one of the things she told me to try was to delete my profile and reinstall it. I had not done this before but thinking she was the expert I followed her instructions. Sure enough you need a password to reinstall your account which I don't have because my account is now locked up.
So now I have an xbox that has no profile on it so I can't play saved games offline as they are all gone, I have no XBL so I can't play online, I have no Netflix as I can't get online all because you guys asked me to update my email address

I need a solution ASAP. I feel like you have unfairly locked me out of my account that i have paid for!
