LOCKED - Microsoft calling support said come here

Hi Microsoft calling support said I should go to forum 14 for my account although I got a message mack saying it wasn't the correct place. So I posted here instead. I had my account hacked a few days ago and so Have since managed to recover it and change all my security. I then asked if I could have my achievments revert as they was modified I was told they could only reset them so I was told to give my reference number to avoid myself getting reset due to the fact I didn't do it and to avoid getting banned for it. My reference number is: 1155846903

This thread is way to long for no reason, you have a modded gamerscore it will be reset when it pops into an enforcement que.  If you would like to speed up the process have someone file a complaint against your score.  

When you are reset you will go back to zero, and will not be able to obtain any achievements you had before, legit or not.  You will also be branded a cheater on your profile on xbox.com.  If you feel the modification happened when you didn't have control of the account you can than call support and attempt to get the cheater watermark removed.

Until you are reset there is nothing that can be done.  Shame phone support gave you bad advice.

I think what I will do is just play and if I get reset/banned then I will just ring up and give them the number I got and say this shouldn't be the case, restore it please.

That's why I said they gave you the bad advice. The enforcement team will only really help if you've already been reset. They can't do anything before.

Hmm. Well try calling Support one more time and see what they say. Sometimes you get a bad client. If the XBL PET said that, then most likely they will not ban you and you are fine to go if you told them you were hacked and back up with new passwords.
