LOCKED - Looking for an Update :)



Recently, I noticed a charge to my Microsoft account that I didn't make for $74.99. The charge was for "Xbox Live Jumbo," which had something to do with 6000 Microsoft Points. I contacted Microsoft about this, and the man I spoke to had no idea the product I was charged for. He told me that there were 6000 MP credited to my Live account, and I said that I had never seen a change in my point balance. He said that it could be a matter of account compromise, my account would be suspended temporarily, and that their Investigation Team would monitor the account for any outside activity during this time. A refund would be issued if the claim was legitimate. He said that it would take up to seven days to complete the investigation. I made the claim on Tuesday.


I was just curious if someone from that branch could give me an update on how long it would take for the issue to be resolved. Any assistance would be welcomed!
