LOCKED - how do i add existing accounts to a family membership?

I have paid for a family membership on xbox.com but when i go to my xbox console to add existing accounts to it, i can't find the 'family centre' window on 'my xbox' section on the xbox dashboard. what should i do?!!!!

You need to recover your gamertag to your console to update it. It doesn't sound like it is seeing the new family pack. And for the accounts you want to add, you need to recover them to your console, then add them. Once they're added, they can be recovered again to a different console.

Thank you GronTron. it seems that it might just have been delayed. i went out for an hour and when i got back the 'family centre' window had been added!
