LOCKED - GLITCH/BUG in the system.

Glitch/Bug on xboxlive.com. It happens when i go to Accounts, then Manage Payment Option. I really need this fixed, thanks!

He needs help with paying options. He can't log on due to problems with payment options, but the best bet for him is to call support, hence they can solve the billing/payment problem.

You guys could also try logging onto billing.microsoft.com and changing your payment options there.

before removing your card you will need to transfer it to a new payment option.

So far, the only folks reporting a problem just saying "there's a glitch". So before troubleshooting, and definitely before the "same problem" posts, we should get more info.
