LOCKED Can Some One Please bloody Help me

Okay i messaged xbox support and they said to go here to get a member Live Enforcement Team to help me i have been unfairly and horribly treated i need help can you help me.

This is the my story 

I few months ago my account got hacked and my gamerscore got hacked and the creep hat hacked me was talking to my friends. I sent a support message to Xbox that i was hacked and my gamerscore was hacked and i need help to put it back to what it was. My reply was s that its unfortunute that i got hacked but its impossible for microsoft to change gamerscores which was a blatant lie. Microsoft then reset my gamer score which i find unfare because i was hacked. This is disgusting service and i want my gamersccore back and please dont reply with a copy and pasted message i just want my gamerscore back im not a bloody chaeter im a good member of xbox live i have spent over $1000 on xbox consoles and games over the past 5 years please help

I understand you are looking into getting your gamerscore back. We sincerely apologize about the inconvenience this is causing you. Please be informed that this is not the kind of experience that Xbox would like you to have. However, for this issue, only our  Live Enforcement Team holds the decision as what needs to be done regarding a player. You may try visiting our forum as we have an Admin who can look into that.
 
However, if your account was hacked, I would strongly suggest that you call our Customer Service as this is an unauthorized access issue. The need for a call is important as this issue requires accessing your account. To ensure authenticity, accuracy, and security, we need to speak directly with the account owner. I'd be happy to refer you to the Xbox Specialist Phone support so you can provide them the necessary information.

you need to post in the account suspension forums

however if you feel you were phished you will have to call xbox support and open an unauthorized access case

like the support person said

the investigations team will work with the enforcement team to look at the account

if found that it happened outside your control they will take appropiate action

however the gamerscore is permanately gone but the cheater label will be removed

Please take a few moments to read and practice support.xbox.com/.../account-security.aspx as you can not be hacked over XBL. Account Security is not only the responsibility of MS but also OUR responsibility.

I would recommend using a seperate e-mail account for your XBL account. One that you do not use for any other website or service. Then I would choose a very strong password. Make it a phrase or a combination of letters and numbers.

Do as ngocphi suggested and contact support for your region and have them open an UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS INVESTIGATION, at which time they will lock the account until it is complete, usually within 7-30 business days. If it is found that your account was indeed out of your control during the modification to your gamer score then the CHEATER watermark will be removed, but the gamer score reset will stand as issued since unauthorized methods were used to alter it and it is your responsibility to keep your account information secure so things like this don't happen.

Your only recourse now is to create a new account and start over, this time practicing good account security. Otherwise if you remain on this account you will no longer be able to earn achievements on games played prior to the reset, ever again. Don't worry, so long as you don't change consoles the other account will be able to share DLC (avatar items excluded).

And, uh, I recommend not telling anyone, esp "friends", your account info to keep this from happening again.
