When I signed up the system didn't mention I would be automatically charged at the end of the membership without being able to cancel it myself, no matter if I still play online or not. There is no point on calling from oversea to contact support when
you can easily put a link on the website.....We should decide if we want to keep using the service or not.
The tip to add a new account in order to remove the existing one is just a trick to get hold of a new payment method, in other words you guys have shown you don't really care about your customers and the feedback from the support page sucks big time as it's limited to just few words; I wonder if any of you ever look at it!!!
