lock out of xbox

I recently lost my credit card and I forgot up update xbox live. I have a two contract promotion and now locked out of xbox. I updated my cc info on xbox.com  still I'm locked out. Please help!

Please contact the chat support and let them know that you have already updated your payment instrument. Please let them know as well that you are under the Xbox 360 Entertainment for All plan or contract.
