Loading information from the Halo: Reach server...

A few days ago, it threw me suddenly out of a Halo Reach game. Ever since, I cannot go live anymore...it keeps giving me the message above. I can still play other games live...! Help, pleeeease!

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Bern, Switzerland

If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using? WEP

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? internal adapter (360S)

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Is NAT Type Open? Yes

Any Error Codes you encounter: none

What type of internet do you have? DSL

Modem brand & model number: Netgear N150

Router brand & model number: Netgear N150

Network Connection Type: Wireless

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? local companz

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen?

Error Status Report:

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 20A8 - 4840

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: FFFF - FFFF

Hey OP! Can you clarify exactly what you are seeing? It sounds like when you try connecting to LIVE on the dashboard you see an error about Halo Reach. Is this correct? Can you provide a screenshot of this if possible? Thanks!
