If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
Things you have tried: 
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?
Any Error Codes you encounter: 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? 
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

There can be many reasons why your xbox won't sign in.  The main issue regarding xbox live login is when the router or modem is not sending the appropriate signals.

Here are some steps to try to get you back on track.

  • First, unplug the modem and router.
  • Second, wait 5 minutes.
  • Third, plug everything back in.
  • Fourth, try to connect to xbox live.



In the event that the above steps do not work then try the following.

  • Is any other device having trouble connecting to the internet?
  • Have you noticed any drops in internet speed lately?
  • Xbox requires that the MTU value be over a certain point to get on xbox live and sometimes if your internet service provider is having issues or working on their wires the xbox will not connect to live.
  • In this event you need to contact your internet service provider to see if anything weird is going on at your address or your general area.
