According to the Xbox Live profile you are posting with you do not currently have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. Your gamercard font is Silver (indicating free membership) where as a Gold font indicates an active Gold membership. You can head over
to https://commerce.microsoft.com and click on Subscriptions to see when your Gold subscription expired. Hope this helps!
