Live periodically disconect( aprox 3-5 minutes )

sometimes (rare, especially on  live functions such as history of downloads) get error 807B01F4

Previous  router was linksys wrt54g - and no problem with connection was found.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Yes
Is NAT Type Open?  Tried add Xbox IP to DMZ -  no effect, tried map ports(UDP 53, TCP 53, TCP 80, UDP 88, UDP 3074, TCP 3074 ) in NAT Setting - Virtual Server section - no effect.

Any Error Codes you encounter:  807B01F4
What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? Cable
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? ElectronTelecom
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen?

W: 0000 - 0021
X: 0000 - F001
Y: 20A8 - 4840
Z: 0000 - 0000

Hi the first thing to do it try wired instead of wireless to narrow down the problem. If you get the same problem wired to the router try wiring direct to the modem (bypass the router) as another test to see if it still happens

I have no Modem. direct network cable from my ISP

Ok well just into the wall socket , whatever the router connects into its WAN port

wired connect TO router not help.

cannot test without router due to physical placement  and not auto IP settings.

but it works with another router. so i think problem is  in my router settings, but i have no idea how to fix it

Are you saying you have

UPnP enabled

DMZ set up

Port forwarding set up

All at once? If so that will certainly cause issues, you should only have one of the above configured not all or a mixture

I would:-

  • Ensure you are running the latest version of firmware on the router (IMPORTANT)
  • Reset the router back to factory default settings (WARNING THIS WILL PUT THE SETTINGS BACK TO HOW THEY WERE WHEN YOU FIRST UNBOXED THE ROUTER, ANY CHANGES WILL BE LOST)
  • Enable UPnP only

  • Set your Xbox ip address to auto and try again

If that does not resolve it post back
