Live Password Not Offering Protection

A non-friend of mine is somehow able to bypass my XBOX LIVE password and wreck my KDR in CoD.

Not sure how, but I think it involves turning my wireless router off and on.

It's kinda frustrating since I'm a pretty competitive person and my KDR has dropped from 1.15 to 1.03 in a couple of days.

The four digit password is useless if he's recovered the account on to his console. If he has done this call support right now and get an unauthorised access investigation opened. While that's being carried out change your WLID password (as in the actual password not the four digit one) and check your wireless network security. He can't have done this by switching your router on and off again btw so either the above has happened or he's breaking and entering your residence.
