Ok , this is a small niggle , but it's really starting to get annoying as I keep thinking xbox live has billed me again ...and again...and again etc , every time I receive this email .
I was billed on the 25th for my 1 month subscription , now as its become the norm , shortly after i'll receive a tax invoice ...ok no biggy , of absolutely no use to me , so I just ignore it , but here's the thing , since the 25th ...i've had this same invoice email sent to me twice a day , every day ...WTF Dude!?!?
Oh and as an aside ...why in the hell is there no email contact for billing support? Tried using the chat thing but the guy didnt have clue one ...and no , i'm not gonna tweet you personal details or hang on the phone for an hour...sheesh!
