Live Family Account

Last year my everything went fine with our account using all 4 profiles. When we renewed in Jan is when the problems started. Been trying since then to get my youngest's profile to added to the family and it just wont add. No clue what is going on or how it was seperated. I just keep getting the same message that I need to buy a subscription for him to join parties and what not. Help!

Hi there SunkAce! Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this! Can you tell us the exact error message or code you receive when you try to add your youngest to the family pack from the family center? Have you tried any steps to troubleshoot already?

I know it can be a bit funky when you renew, have you tried re-downloading the profile in question? For steps on how to re-download take a look at our support article on how to Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile! Let us know how it goes. :)
