LIVE Connection drops every few minutes watching Netflix

When watching Netflix I can maybe get about 2-3 mins watching a video then video stops saying there is a connection issue then the app crashes and the XBOX live connection drops.  The connection instantly comes back after a few seconds.  It's been happening constantly for the last day or so.  The connection dropping only seems to happen when watching Netflix.  It's fine doing everything else.

I've tried restarting the console, reinstalling the app, restarting the router (I've got a BT Homehub 4), set up Port Forwarding - Still no luck.  Anyone got any advice to solve this?

Hey there ANCHOR4! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

I've seen BT Homehubs have issues with the Xbox Live service before, so that might be the source of the issue, but let's see what we can do with the equipment at hand.

To start off, take a look at this sticky and work through the solutions in step 2. If none of those work for you, post back with the information in step 3 so we can get a better idea of your setup.

We'll be standing by to hear back from you. ^_^

Hey Anchor,

Sorry that is been awhile. Are you still experiencing those random disconnects? Have you tried having a wired connection and see if you are still getting disconnected?

Hey warrior,

When I check that error on the error code it suggests that there isn't a active account signed in on the console. Follow these steps and let me know what you find.
