Live account keeps signing out

My problem is thy my Xbox live account keeps signing out. Whether I put a new disc in, try to change my avator, or save game progress it always signs me out. This recently started happening a few days ago so I was wondering if there is any solution to where you guys can help me. It said update my billing payment and I did, so I don't know why this is happening. Thank you:)

Where do you find the clear cache? I'm having the same problems here, I sign in and it jumps me right away to the Avatar Editor and signs out and I can't access myaccount unless i'm already in the game.

For anyone having trouble finding your cache. It's in your storage tab. Select your devices then go to system items. Your cache(s) will be there.

Have previously cleared cache, deleted profile, checked nat settings but still happening, the issue lie with Microsoft, these are band aids as opposed to a proper fix!
