License Transfer to a New Xbox 360

Hi there,

I currently have an Xbox 360 Elite and am planning to sell it to purchase a new Xbox 360 Slim.  I will have sold my Elite before I purchase the new Slim and had a question about the license transfer.  Once I sell my xbox and get the new one, do I just go through the license transfer in my account settings and I will be allowed to re-download all of the marketplace content I have downloaded previously? I'd just like come clarification to make sure I'm not losing any of the content I have previously downloaded.  Also, is there any information I need to write down from my old console before I sell it?

Thanks,

ThisClockwork

So you will need your Console Serial Number  from your old console to be able to do the DRM transfer on www.xbox.com\drm and make sure to save all your info to a USB before selling the old console\Hard drive and delete your profile and saves on the old hard drive so the person who buys your console doesn't have access to your account.  I hope this helps.
