License Transfer Problems

Hello, back in January I've tried to do a License Transfer that failed at the end, now I have a better connection  and have attempting doing it again, however it said that the license is already transferred, despite me not being able to play Arcade games without signing on LIVE first.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have you had the console repaired at any time? When you go to the DRM page, does the current console ID listed there match the ID of your console? You can check under System Settings > Console Settings > Console Info
