License Transfer Problems

Just got a new console.  Went through the process of transfering my old date to my new HD with a transfer cable.  Then I went to xbox.com/drm to begin the license transfer process.  Got through the first part, and now when I go to select the first 30 things to transfer, and click done, it tells me that  "oops, that shouldnt have happened.  Looks like you discovered a glitch in our system" with no further explanation of what to do.  Any help?  Anyone?

I got a new Console aswell, i transfered everything to my new xbox, Now all my DLC are broken, i did that licence transfer thing but it says ive done it before and that i can't do it again till December 5, the licencing thing is so retarted :/
