So they can provide Xbox LIVE for months and months without a single problem, but does 1 problem really mean that much to you? Please be patient while they work hard to fix this.

Microsoft should be trying that at this point, not its paying customers. :) The service alert is gone yet the problems are not fixed.

Probably because there was another problem. You use their services almost every day, then one problem and you hate them? Leave them to it, they'll fix it.

Is there a place to report problems with the site? It keeps telling me I've found a glitch when I go to my account or profile. I tried looking but it seems a bit counter intuitive. Do I just post it on the forum?

I'm getting these problems too, I think the recent problems have effected the site a bit also. I'd wait a while, then post a new thread about it.

id like a refund for such poor service but no one would ever see that from microsoft.....yet they have no problem taking my money on time every month.......i know when i dont do my job i get fired or demoted......whats microsoft get?........just another 10$ per moth from roughly a billion people......so really there is no reason they shouldnt have it back and running by now........its only been 12 hours of no live
