Latency issues

For the past week or so, my Xbox One has had high latency issues that have given me massive performance problems. Latency has always been around 20 ms, but this past week, it's consistently been above 100. It's only to my Xbox though; all of my other devices are reporting normal numbers. I'm having all kinds of problems. Online games are essentially unplayable, streaming video lags like crazy and the apps randomly quit and give me 'no Internet connection' messages, even the dash lags because it's constantly reconnecting to XBL. Is it a server issue or what?

Xbox has a page here: support.xbox.com/.../slow-performance-solution specifically for slow performance when connected to Xbox Live that can walk you through some steps to help out with that! You might also check with your ISP to make sure that the ports that are used for Xbox Live: support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live are open on your router as well.
