Kinect sensor has insufficient power...

As someone has already got the same issue as this I thought that I would ask as I am having the same issue. My Kinect Sensor is the one that is powered separately from another socket, then plugged into the Xbox360 120gb unit via the USB port at the rear above the Ethernet port. When the power is switched on to Xbox console, the green light flashes, followed by the red light on the sensor and the above error comes up on the screen..

Please shed some light on this (pardon the pun).. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help....

Even after unplugging and plugging all the wires that have anything to do with the kinect it still says there is insufficient power so please do enlighten us on what to do:)

This thread is almost a year old.  Can you please create a new one detailing your issue exactly along with the type of console you have and any troubleshooting steps you may have taken?
