kicking me out of xbox live.

I was playing call of duty when i got sign out. it said i was lost in sign in process. I sign back in and a couple minutes later i got sign out. so i check my status on xbox.com and it stated uh oh i found a glitch. i dont know if playing call of duty would cause this problem.i have been on the phone for over 45 min and counting and still no help

If you're still having trouble with Live back up and running, try clearing the system cache by going through the following steps:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button on the controller, go to Settings, then pick System Settings.

2) Select Storage (or Memory).

3) Select the hard drive or memory unit (but not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

4) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

Some gamers have reported things smoothing out after clearing their cache.
