Kicking me offline

So I searched on the forums and didn't find anything so here is my post. Anytime I am playing a single player game or just idol for more than 5 min, it will kick me offline. If I am playing a multiplayer game(cod team deathmatch) I can stay online no issues. Also, downloading updates will take forever sometimes when I have 50-60mb download and 10mb upload. Help?

Router brand & model number: Its a modem/Router
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? Open NAT
Any Error Codes you encounter: Nope
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider) Comcast
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

ID:FFFF-FFFF

Also I forgot to say, my roommate has an xbox as well, no issues and all of our computers have no issues with being kicked offline.......

Yes that is the router/modem! Yes the they are connecting to the same router/modem, both wired

This gateway is known to have a negative affect with its NAT and Xbox LIVE. This may sound a bit drastic, but I would recommend exchanging the device for a different model that is well known to support Xbox LIVE and in particular, multiple xboxes that are using the same router Internet connection.
