Keep getting disconnected and freezes while trying to log into Netflix

For the last week Ive been getting randomly disconnected from live. Now I cant even log into Netflix and half the time my system freezes up on the Netflix loading screen. My system is connected directly to my modem with a cable. All my other devises log onto my wireless without any problems...help!

I would suggest clearing the system cache on your Xbox. You can do that by going to My Xbox > System Settings > Memory > Press 'Y' on any storage device (it will clear it for all storage devices) > Clear System Cache

If that does not work, then you may want to test your connection using System Settings > Network Settings and Test Xbox Live Connection to see if it gives you any errors. You may also want to simply try plugging the network cable into a different port on the router--the port it is connected to may be going bad.
