I continually am getting charged at the end of each month but I have had auto renewal set to off for the past three months now but apparently that does not mean anything to Xbox. I do not want to cancel my subscription but I have no way of contacting them because I am currently in Europe and do not have a phone here. Can anyone tell me how to rectify this problem without having to spend ten to fifteen dollars on a phone call to Xbox? Help would be much appreciated! And let's just get this out of the way now, please do not tell me to just turn off auto renewal as that has clearly not worked in the past.
