keep getting an error code 8015D003

Xbox live wont let me log in saying it requires proof. I have logged it in on the phone and went through the verification stuff. But once the phone logs in its giving me a different gamer tag(this one) to my xbox live gold account

Hey there- so when you entered your email and password to download your profile you got a different account than expected?  It sounds like you have two accounts.  Let's use the steps on Xbox.com/forgot to help us figure out what the email associated with your main account is.
