I'm having an issue with XBL. Basically, I keep getting disconnected from XBL every 2-5 minutes. This is just new since we changed routers. Can anyone help me figure this out? It's really frustrating.
Router brand & model number: Zyxel - ZyWALL USG 50
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Wired
Things you have tried:
Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? No, my NAT type is open
Any Error Codes you encounter: None so far
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Time Warner
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
So far, whenever I test my connection via "Test my Connection" in xbox's network settings, I do not get any troubles/errors on connecting to XBL. I also do not get any NAT warnings.
It's just that I get disconnected from XBL every 2-5 minutes.
What seems to be the problem?
