Every time I go on live, not just games, I disconnect about every 10 minutes. I have BT infinity, BT home hub 3, and BT open reach. I have so far posted a question 3 times on a question website, contacted three xbox live agents and two BT tech people. There is DMZ turned on for the xbox, the xbox live port has been opened for the xbox, DHCP is fine and UPnP is on along with Extended UPnP Security. I don't know how to work MAC addresses and don't know where to find out, and people seem to have posted this as a question and apparently BT doesn't know either. I have tried the "can't connect to xbox live solution" troubleshooting page but that did nothing. What can I do?
