I signed in today and it took $2 off my card but now it is saying when I try to get in that I don't have it and must pay 9.99 for one month.. What is going on?? How do I get this fixed??? Please help
Try checking your account at
https://billing.microsoft.com to see if it shows that the purchase went through. If it shows the purchase, but you didn't get the gold, then you will need to call support.
