During Xbox live setup, I receive a message as the parent that my region doesn't match the region of the account I am trying to setup for my son. I have changed my region in my email which is linked to my account and I have changed the region on my Xbox 360 as best I know how. Is the region a hardware issue? I have had the account forever (since we lived in the U.S.) but now we live in Brazil. When I try to connect with my sons account it gives me a region message.
Specifically it asks to check the region and try again.
Any help would be much appreciated.
