I've been with Xbox Live for 4 years now.....

and it still shows a 3 next to my name -___-   , Yea its minor to you guys but major to me because I like to represent how long I've stood with Xbox live, I've created this account 8/1/2007 and it is now 8/2/2011. Can someone elaborate as to why the number of years hasn't changed next to my name? Is it possible if Microsoft can fix it? I would love some replies, thanks

It will be up soon, what time are you? EST, Central, PST? They go by PST, so if you are EST, then it is going to be three hours, after your original creation of the account, Central, you'll have to wait two hours. If it is still not working, just wait for about a day. It will be updated.

Original Colton I have one more question sir, because it still has yet to change. Do the years on Xbox Live go by when u actually created the account/Joining Xbox Live or how consistent you've payed your bill? I ask because this account has missed a year of xbox live and although I created this account 8/1/2007 it says after renewed "Member since 1/2011", Im pretty sure that has something to do with it, Hope for a reply back! Thanks.

The timer will stop for the time you're off XBL and then start up again when you're signed up again. So if you sign up for 2 years then take a break for a year and then sign up again the counter will just continue from 2 years instead of restarting.

No if the account you're posting from now is same one you made in 07 the counter will continue from where you left XBL instead of from 01/2012.
