iv just paid for another month and i cant play online

i have just renewed my subscription and cant access online gaming it still says im on xbox live free - id like to know how this is possible when the money has been taken from my account im not happy my gamer tag is  ENEMYCOBRA83

If you renewed by the dashboard, you need to sign off your profile and sign back on.

Before calling support, can you try running a Network Connection Test, or simply recovering your Gamertag? Either of those should do the trick :)
