It won't let me sign in

I'm trying to sign in again for the Privacy and Online Settings and Everytime I log in it just comes back to the sign in page and I'm typing in the right information for the email and password. What's going on?

Hey there, have you added and verified some security proofs through the PC before? If no follow this link and click 'Manage your security info' and sign-in the update and verify some proofs. This should hopefully stop the security prompt: support.xbox.com/.../add-security-proof

If after you've done that you're still getting the security prompt, delete your profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and re-download your profile.

Clear system cache: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
