issues with xbox live gold account and microsoft stealing money. (second post) first deleted

Hello all I recently had a issue with xbox live team resulting in
them taking 20 days worth of game time from me with no chance of it
being refunded.

The point of this post is to find out who else has had the same
issue and if there is a way Microsoft can improve there system to
prevent it from happening any more.

Here is what happened. on 10/26/2011 I called xbox live to have my
auto renewal stopped, I also asked if they could delete my credit
card data at the same time. Xbox live was more than happy to help me
out and i got off the phone with them and started playing xbox live
thinking everything was good. A few hours later I reset my internet
connection and try to log on to play games again and my account is
reverted to a free membership. I call Xbox Live team again and find
out that when they deleted my card it ended my Gold membership time
and that my 20 days was forfeit. I asked if they could do something
to help me out for my 20 days i that they still owe me and i am told
that it was not a error on there end and that i chose to forfeit the
20 days. There statement was that when i asked for my credit card
info to be deleted that i was informed that i would forfeit the
remaining gold time. (I was not informed during the first phone call)

Is there a way that Xbox can adjust there systems to work with
customers and give them there full payed time even after removing
credit cards and how many of you fellow customers think they should
work on a way to do just that?

Hey there! All billing and refund issues should be directed to phone support, not the forums. Also, we discourage creating posts just to "find out who else has had the same issue". These forums are for active support only. Thank you.
