Issues renewing Xbox Live Gold

Trying to renew my gold membership via my xbox one, and keep getting "This payment is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be. Remove it from those accounts and try again,  or try a different payment method"

I have tried with 3 separate payment methods, 2 which i have only just added and still can't renew my gold?

To further compound this ridiculous issue, have purchased a 1 month prepaid code to try to circumvent the issue with your billing system, and when entering the code i get "something went wrong please try again"

Can someone from support actually get back to me because this is beyond a joke now

Sorry to hear you're having issues.  You are currently showing as Gold so it may be that the renewal went through.  Please log in to commerce.microsoft.com and click on Services & Subscriptions to see when your membership ends.

If you are still having issues then you should give phone support a call for further assistance as this would be considered a billing issue.  If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

I have checked the commerce page which shows my account as suspended, and owing 19.90.

Obviously the automatic renewal did not happen, and i have now purchased a prepaid code for a 1 month subscription. Either way neither payment option is going through when i try to renew my subscription.

Unfortunately i live in Australia

Definitely call the numbers provided above then.  The reason nothing is working is because you owe an amount that needs to be paid off.  Phone support can help you do that fairly quickly so you can get back to gaming
