Issues granting allowance to Secondary account on a Family Plan

"Could not grant alowance"

I have installed the latest update for the console and still have the same problem, I can not give points to secondary members of my family pack, is really annoying this happens in a paid service, please give me some solution.

This:

"TigermaskMH needs to sign in on the Xbox 360 console before an allowance can be granted. After TigermaskMH signs in on the console, please try again."

In the console tells me the process was successful but still no points assigned

Yeah, me too, for at least the last three months. Really annoying.

Family Plans have been removed from the service, more then likely this is why you can't grant points to other users. I would call support and file a ticket.

If you look a the date this was posted, this was a few days before the family plan was cut

That is incorrect, the family plan was cut late last week. This was a problem with the family pack service, one of the reasons xbox decided to deepsix the subscription. You would have had to call support to get this one fixed up.
