We had an issue with ther server while playing cod black ops. We can many times about this problem and were told we would get a credit. The next day we decieded to call back in to see what was being done and we were told impossable. This is not the proper way to treat a customer, we are very upset about this whole situation and feel like we do not matter. I just wanted to bring this to someones attention. We were not able to play online for over two weeks!
