Hey Tonal.

Have you tried changing it here: account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx

There should be more than one option to reset it such as emailing you a reset link or sending a code to your phone.

Ehm.. I hope but it will be a good memory training from yourself I suspect.

Try this page. account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx The thing is, if you still have the e-mail address in "Windows Live mail" with a little luck for your questions you will get you'll be fine otherwise... well, do I have to say your toast? (maybe)

Can you call your Credit Card company to see what they can do for you?

Hi there,

What do you exactly want to do?

Do you want to turn off auto renewall? If so, the best thing to do is Call Xbox Support (like you have) explain the situation about the password and let them know that you know the creditcard details connected to the gamertag that may be the information they need to verify that you are the rightfull owner

For the password forgotten part, have you tried this site?

account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

EDIT: Wow, when I started the reply no replies were there. Guess I was a bit slow :-)

Call Xbox Support and explain the situation to them. That you have a new account that had a free month on it just to try it out and that you forgot to turn off auto-renewal. Say you cannot access the account anymore and would like auto-renewal turned off.
