Issue not Resolved

Mr beep has decided the the disconnection issue has been resolved and locked the thread,.We may be able to get back online but we are all out of pocket  some more than others. Mr beeps answer that they cannot speculate on compensation is totally unacceptable your supposed to be "official support" you obviously are inept at your job and by locking the thread you are basically saying go away and shut up well my answer is no . We want a straight answer if you cannot do  this get someone who can to do your job for you
