Is there an xbox rewards avatar item scam email going around?

Hey all,

Just got an email (very proper looking) saying the following;

" Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 You played, you spent... now reap your reward! Because you are an Xbox LIVE Rewards member and you spent more than 200 Microsoft Points in the Marketplace during Gamer IQ trivia challenge, you have earned a Halo: Reach Banshee avatar prop!

To redeem your token for your Banshee:

   1. Visit https://live.xbox.com/RedeemToken
   2. Select "Redeem Code" from the "My Xbox" dropdown
   3. Enter this code:

Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 As an Xbox LIVE Rewards member, you get exclusive access to special games, sweepstakes, offers, and more. So, stay active and check your Xbox LIVE Rewards account often to see your latest opportunities exclusive to members!"

Is this a legit thing, I'm wary as I don't know anything about Gamer IQ trivia challenge & the source email address looks iffy....

If you're ever unsure about emails with codes just input them via 'Redeem Code' on your console.
