wired A 169.254.45.251/255.255.0.0
The IP address, 169.254.45.251/16, is an auto IP or link-local address that your console assign itself when it can't get an IP through the DHCP server on your router.

Do you connect your console through your computer, to share your computer's Internet connection (ICS or Bridge connection)?

If you haven't alredy, power off your network equipment (modem and router) for a couple of minutes. Power on the modem and wait one minute for it to connect properly. Power on the router and wait another minute.

If its possible, try connect your console with a different Ethernet cable and or, different LAN port on the router.
