How many business days does an investigation usually take?  And do we get compensated for the lost xbox live gameplay time since the account is gold?

Hey Tatonka! For most issues you will be around the 25 day mark. There are certain issues that take longer, but only phone support could comment on the exact estimate.

just wondering how long it has taken everybody else to get their accounts back. Ive been told everything on customer support ranging from it usually never takes the entire 25 days to it should take atleast 25 days if not more.

Generally they are around 25 days and yes, you will be compensated for LIVE time by phone support.

I was told 21 to 25 days but everyone on the forums say its about 30. And I aslo was told they will give you your month back after they get done investagateing
