My Xbox(360 slim) wont connect to my home network. I've tried everything the Xbox site had to say but none of it works. Every time itry it says that the Internet pass code is wrong but I've tried it over 9000 times; its not wrong. What do I do?
If it is a TG862 or TG852, there is a known problem with this device connecting up wirelessly with the Xbox 360S. It just won't end up working while you have the password set. You can go to
mydeviceinfo.comcast.net and see the big red exclamation marks with it. That means if you take it to a Comcast Service Center, they will swap it out for free for you. You can call up, but they cannot
pick which one they send you if they send you a new one. You can also go wired to bypass the wireless, or turn off the security completely so you have no password, but that really isn't suggested at all.
