Internet Error 80151901 please respond

So I know that this is a Common problem that's hard to solve but I've had it twice and they only lasted for 5 days, first time I fixed it was when I was editing my avatar and saved my new changes and I connected to the Xbox Live, second time I unplugged the internet extender and that worked, none of these worked this time and this problem has lasted about 9 days. I'm not sure if I delete and re download my profile I'll lose any game data, for instance I have GTA V I got off the Xbox game store and I'm not sure if I delete and re download my profile I'd lose my GTA online progress.

No, You'll not lose Your data, just select delete profile only: support.xbox.com/.../delete-xbox-live-profile-from-xbox-360-console
