Interesting changes to Classification laws to games

Basically the Government is looking at removing the need for classifications for mobile phone and online games. Not sure if by 'online games' they mean games that are distributed online (ala Steam, XBL, PSN) or games played online (ala WoW).

Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Amendment (Mobile and Online Computer Games) Bill
- amend, on an interim basis, section 5B of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 to exempt mobile phone and online computer games from classification, other than those which would be Refused Classification
Reason for legislation: to provide certainty as to the present legal requirements for the classification of mobile phone and online games
