Incorrect Tenure SUddenly?

Hello,

I can see by other posts that there are currently issues with the tenure. I did see one comment that said to post the details in a new thread.

My account name is Azazel x:  I am a third wave original beta member, who has been a gold member 100% of the time, with no lapse in service.

My tenure was showing 10 years, and I remember seeing it at 9 the previous year (not sure when 11 is coming around). Please update me on a fix, I know this is not an important item, but it is still important to those of us who have payed our money and earned the title.

Sorry, just saw a thread with a list of what I need to provide.

Tenure currently showing 7 years.

Tenure was and should be 10 years and counting

Noticed tonight 3-12-13  (No idea how long its been that way)

Already cleared system cache.

Went to https://commerce.microsoft.com  as user Vibroplex suggests in other threads.... I set the filter from years 2002 to 2013 with payment option All, and currency all, but the earliest transaction I see is "10/21/06 points bundle", so this information is clearly not up to date with all transaction history of the account. I feel I have exhausted all avenues, help is appreciated.

Resolved..... For others who come across this thread; deleting and re downloading my profile solved this. I show the correct tenure of 10 years again. Not sure if the support team fixed this after seeing my thread, or re downloading the profile forced replication.  Good luck.
