Does anyone know which department, number or e-mail address to contact when the incorrect card was billed? I added a new card and set it as the one to automatically renew on but it billed the wrong card.
I've just checked online and the old card was showing as the auto-renewal card.
I've since changed the new card to the auto-renew card again, and removed all other cards but obviously the charge has gone through.
I need the new card billed and the old card refunded - I'd like to do this through xbox rather than just reverse the transaction on my card.
