inconvenience with the service

Hallo, Prejudice to inform you that you have not been corrected because a month ago, on September 20 in the settings of the Xbox 360 live gold I disabled the automatic renewal, then a month I have not used fifa 14 online believing that the subscription was suspended. Instead subscription was active and continued to pay by credit card, there was no transparency. I am very disappointed and next time I will have to cancel the service. I also wonder if I make the yearly subscription, if you can pause for a short time the service without losing money. Good job

Sorry to hear it.  If you would like to cancel the auto renewal of the service your best bet would be to contact support.  You can do so at the this link.  Please be sure to choose Support and not Ambassadors.
